cant connect to wifi most of the time. no internet access! and the room is smelly too.

No toothpastes & tooth brush, no face towel, no hair dryer, kettle not functioning, air conditioning sometimes not function well, hot. Too noisy at night, can't sleep well.

Live 5 floor no lift.
Live 5 floor no lift. The staff no manner and service is no good. Air-cond and shower are problem when night sleep very hot must wake up to open again control . The room also dirty. The room key always problem cannot open door and must go down the reception and take lift go walk up room many times, very lousy hotel. No come again. The price also expensive then biosky 5 start hotel.
